At Chatty Duck Creative Ltd, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools across various areas of our work to drive efficiency, ensure quality and facilitate innovation. We recognise that AI is a rapidly evolving technology, and we are committed to using it responsibly, transparently and with human oversight.

Our principles for AI use
Human-led | We use AI to empower our people, not to replace them. All materials delivered by Chatty Duck Creative are reviewed, refined and approved by at least two human members of our team.
Ethical and transparent | We are open about the fact that we use AI, and we are happy to answer any questions our clients may have about these applications.
Prioritising privacy and security | We never input client-sensitive information into AI tools without ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place.

What we do with AI
Chatty Duck Creative uses AI in the following ways:
Research support | Gathering and curating information, identifying relevant sources and using findings to support project delivery.
Idea generation | Helping to spark creative directions or campaign concepts, which are always developed further by our human employees.
Summarisation | Producing draft notes or transcripts from meetings, interviews or long-form content.
Editing support | Checking spelling, grammar, readability and style against client briefs and our human-led in-house editorial standards.
What we don’t do with AI
Chatty Duck Creative does not use AI for any of the following purposes:
Final verification | We never accept AI’s findings or recommendations without further human-led enquiry or verification.
Corner-cutting | We never rely on AI as a substitute for strategy, originality or professional judgement.
Decision-making | We never use AI to make final decisions without human review.
Client control and consent
You remain in control. If you would prefer that AI is not used in relation to your project, please let us know so that we can provide a quote for human-only delivery. We will always respect your choice.
Oversight and accountability
