James Morgan
Managing Director
A seasoned editor and marcomms professional, James (aka Jim) held senior positions at ITP Media Group, Expo 2020 Dubai and the University of Staffordshire before founding Chatty Duck Creative in 2021. His overarching goal is to fundamentally improve how businesses and non-profits approach marketing and communications.
Having worked across a broad range of sectors – from construction and real estate to tourism and hospitality, and lots more in between – Jim has amassed a diverse array of industry knowledge (not to mention plenty of useless trivia). But regardless of the market in question, what he really enjoys is helping clients develop messaging and strategy that drive sustainable commercial growth.
Whether providing tailored consultancy to executives or building systems that democratise agency-quality marcomms support, his focus remains the same: to empower organisations of all sizes to communicate with clarity, consistency and confidence.

Vikki Morgan
Operations Director
With nearly two decades of professional experience across the fields of education, communications and marketing, Vikki brings exemplary managerial and facilitational skills to Chatty Duck Creative.
As Operations Director, she has overall responsibility for client liaison and employee development. From designing frameworks that drive multi-stakeholder alignment to creating the processes and procedures that ensure consistently excellent delivery, Vikki plays a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s consultative, strategic and content-related offerings.
Vikki’s background as an educator has also helped steer Chatty Duck Creative’s approach to learning and engagement, enabling us to create environments in which complex challenges become opportunities for growth. Whether designing brand workshops for leadership teams or overseeing day-to-day performance and execution, her priority is to turn confusion into clarity and help clients move forward with purpose.

Katy Edgington
Head of Client Strategy
Thanks to a varied career spanning journalism, communications and marketing, Katy has delivered impactful campaigns and high-quality content across a multitude of sectors – from STEM, energy and sustainability to F&B, hospitality and tourism. Before joining Chatty Duck Creative, she enjoyed success at a selection of organisations, including the University of Staffordshire and Provoke.
As Head of Client Strategy, Katy’s role is to help map out and execute deliverables that contribute to our clients’ financial and organisational goals. By crafting strategically aligned messaging that resonates with defined target audiences, her focus is to ensure all our marcomms activities are grounded in commercial reality.
Whether helping to drive growth for ambitious SMEs or positioning established brands as thought leaders, Katy's skills and expertise enable Chatty Duck Creative to create compelling narratives that connect with audiences and deliver tangible value for clients.
